In order to build the boat in the garage the first step is to empty it, however there's nowhere to empty it to. 6 months and a few thousand pounds later I have a 10'x8' shed on a 4" concrete slab which I've also now insulated and cladded. Next step will be to sort out the door and window trim and put in some decent flooring (a bit of a challenge as the floor from the shed kit is not very level), then storage, workbench, tool hangers etc...

Nov '24 Update

Varnished roof and walls, added vinyl flooring on top of 18mm OSB which is all on top of the original shed floor. Feels pretty solid now.
