I don't have the plans yet, and I'm not even entirely convinced I can fit the boat in the garage (or, more accurately, I know I can fit it in but I'm not sure I can get it out again) however I have bought the first materials for the boat - 60kg of lead. Around 150kg is needed in total so I will need more however the chap that I bought this batch off may well have more soon so it shouldn't be too difficult to get hold of the rest. This batch cost me £60 (+fuel & ULEZ, so about £90 in total). At some point I'll create a post detailing the total build costs.
